Synopsis
Kenichi and his detective uncle travel to Metropolis to track down a criminal, Dr. Laughton. They become entangled in a bigger conspiracy, leading to Kenichi protecting a mysterious girl, Tima, from Duke Red and his son Rock, who have conflicting intentions for her.
