Synopsis
Following a violent intervention by BOPE in Rio's Bangu 1 prison to quell a revolt, Lieutenant-Colonel Nascimento and Captain Matias face allegations of prisoner executions by Human Rights advocate Fraga. Matias is moved to the corrupt Military Police, while Nascimento is ousted from BOPE by the Governor.
