Synopsis
Justin Rosa, a new recruit, must protect arms-smuggling cartel member Eddie Flynn and goes against protocol to save him when a SWAT team attacks. In the midst of chaos and betrayal, Rosa and Mueller make a final stand against corrupt forces seeking to eliminate them.
