Synopsis
The Lady Mayoress changed the Police Force's entry requirements, allowing anyone to join regardless of sex, weight, height, or intelligence. This decision leads a reluctant individual, Mahoney, to enroll as a cadet, much to the dismay of his harsh instructor, Lieutenant Harris.
