Synopsis
Carter and Lee are on vacation in Hong Kong, but their plans for excitement diverge. While Carter wants to party, Lee is on a mission to find a Triad gang lord responsible for the Embassy killings. The situation gets complicated when they discover a counterfeiting plot. As the boys find themselves in dangerous situations, going back to the U.S. might provide answers about the bombing, counterfeiting, and the allegiances of a customs agent named Isabella.
