Synopsis
The villainous Dr. Kochin brings back his mentor, Dr. Wheelo, using the dragon balls in order to dominate the world. Dr. Wheelo, whose body was destroyed long ago, wants the strongest fighter's body. Thinking Roshi is the strongest, Dr. Kochin kidnaps Bulma and demands Roshi's surrender. When Goku finds out, he goes to save them.
