Synopsis
"Dog Jack" follows the journey of a young slave boy and his dog who flee from their master's plantation and enlist in the union army. They eventually confront their former master in a battlefield encounter, inspired by the true story of a courageous mascot from the Pennsylvania 102nd regiment.
