Synopsis
Miami detectives Marcus Burnett and Mike Lowrey are assigned to halt the spread of Ecstasy in Miami. They pursue the drug supply to the unhinged Cuban drug lord Johnny Tapia, who is entangled in a violent conflict with Russian and Haitian mobs. Additionally, Marcus is displeased when he learns that Mike is dating his sister, Syd.
