Synopsis
Experienced narcotics officer Samad is savvy to drug dealers' deceit. Growing frustrated, he and colleague Hamid comb Tehran in search of drug baron Nasser Khakzad. Samad's tough tactics reveal the criminal's location, but their plan hits a snag.
