Synopsis
Jack Carver, a ex-Special Forces member, takes journalist Valerie Cardinal to an Island to visit her uncle at a Military complex. Valerie is captured by Doctor Krüger's minions. Jack learns the Facilities' true purpose: creating genetic soldiers, after his boat is destroyed.
