Synopsis
A talking cat, Leo Kohlmeyer, inherits $5 million from his late owner, and is taken care of by the owner's in-laws. Their children, Bart and Veronica, discover his ability. Meanwhile, the Rigsbys scheme to kidnap Leo for the inheritance money.
