Synopsis
Forced to toil in Egypt's desert as a slave, Spartacus is bought by a gladiator school owner. Inspired by a fellow slave's defiance, he leads a rebellion against Rome, gaining allies in the Senate but facing a fierce enemy in Crassus, who vows to quash the uprising.
