Synopsis
In 1955 Munich, Veronika Voss, a German actress, falls into addiction due to corrupt Dr. Marianne Katz's manipulation with morphine. Meeting sports writer Robert Krohn reignites Voss's aspiration for fame, leading her to confront the destructive consequences of her addiction when planning her comeback.
