Synopsis
Leland Fitzgerald, a quiet young man, is jailed for killing his girlfriend Becky's mentally disabled brother. Pearl Madison, a prison teacher, seeks to uncover the truth through writing. Becky and her sister, Julie, grapple with their own dilemmas amidst the aftermath of the tragedy.
