Synopsis
From humble beginnings in New Jersey public housing, Johnny Jones (Robert Crayton) faces a lifetime of abuse and poverty. After a mental breakdown, he goes on a killing spree, prompting Detective Cutchin (Tom Sizemore) to bring him to justice amidst escalating tensions and violence.
