Synopsis
During a routine tow job in Tokyo, Mater is drawn into a drift-style race against a shady gang leader and his ninjas. With Lightning McQueen's help and some unique adjustments, Mater aims to win the race and be crowned as Tow-ke-O Mater, Drifting Champion.
