Synopsis
Fresh out of school, Jimmy Rabbitte decides to form a soul band in Barrytown, Dublin. He finds talent close by: three singers nearby, Deco at a wedding, and a veteran trumpet player named Joey "The Lips" Fagan who responds to his ad.
