Synopsis
After Pérola's death, Mauro goes back to his childhood home in Bauru, Brazil. The story explores his mother's unique quirks, humor, spirituality, and need for control, as well as their complicated relationship. Their shared dream of building a swimming pool unites them in a touching narrative.
