Synopsis
In 1984, a deadly fire in the Jin Xin Building resulted in 19 deaths as residents on the 4th floor were trapped due to blocked fire exits. Pei, a psychic, and Shao, a horror novelist, join forces to investigate eerie occurrences and unravel the mysteries surrounding the tragic incident.
