Synopsis
In Leningrad during the early eighties, Mike and Natasha clandestinely transport rock albums by Lou Reed and David Bowie as the underground rock movement thrives before Perestroika. They join forces with Viktor Tsoï and friends to revolutionize rock'n'roll in the Soviet Union.
