Synopsis
Dr. Mabuse and his gang plan to steal valuable information to manipulate the stock market. Mabuse then attends a show where he gets inside knowledge from the performer, leading to a scheme to financially ruin a millionaire. Police Commissioner von Wenk seeks assistance in solving the case.
