Synopsis
In 1999, Morioh faces unusual activities drawing Jōtarō Kūjō, a marine biologist, to meet Jōsuke Higashikata. Despite starting as strangers, they are revealed to be related. With Kōichi Hirose and Okuyasu Nijimura, they use their Stands to investigate the town's mysteries and face danger together.
