Synopsis
A spy tries to steal intelligence files from various countries' agencies, but is stopped by police led by Tooru Amuro. A car chase ensues, culminating in FBI agent Shuichi Akai shooting the spy's car. The next day, Conan discovers an injured woman at a Tokyo aquarium, with mismatched eyes.
