Synopsis
Two orphaned siblings, Tia and Tony, possess special abilities. Lucas Deranian deceives them by posing as their uncle to deliver them to his boss, Aristotle Bolt, who plans to exploit their powers. Jason, a grieving widower, aids the children in fleeing to Witch Mountain.
