Synopsis
After war and pollution ravage civilization, survivors create Ecoban, a city powered by pollution in a world depleted of resources. Conflict arises with Marr, as Ecoban residents must keep producing pollution. Meanwhile, a man strives to clear the sky and reveal the natural beauty above.
