Synopsis
Once Johnny is out of jail for forgery, he gets a job as a cook in a diner in New York. He has a short romance with waitress Cora before developing feelings for her friend Frankie. Despite initial resistance, Frankie gives Johnny a chance with the help of her friend Tim.
