Synopsis
A sudden atmospheric anomaly causes deadly tornadoes. Brian, a rookie fireman, is trapped underground with his girlfriend, the deputy mayor, and a climatologist's niece. The mayor ignores the threat due to reelection concerns. Lightning inside tornadoes increases risks. Despite a potential solution involving rockets, NASA insists on traditional silver iodine.
