Synopsis
After a strange event, Frank Harris finds himself in Cool World, a cartoon realm. Cartoonist Jack Deebs, who has been illustrating Cool World, also enters the animated land. Jack becomes infatuated with Holli Would, a seductive cartoon character with ambitions to become real, prompting Frank to intervene.
