Synopsis
In 1929 New York, two gangsters, Fat Sam and Dandy Dan, are at war. Dan has a dangerous new weapon, the "splurge gun". Bugsy Malone, a kind-hearted guy, gets entangled in the conflict as he falls for singer Blousey Brown while being pursued by seductive Tallulah.
