Synopsis

A sudden spiritual explosion destroys Seireitei in Soul Society, coinciding with a strange transformation in Rukia. Urahara Kisuke tasks Ichigo with investigating the event. Upon arriving in Seireitei, Ichigo is unexpectedly attacked by his fellow shinigami allies.
