Synopsis
In 2002, Kim Barker, a cable news producer, decides to embark on a challenging assignment in Kabul, Afghanistan, breaking away from her familiar life. She befriends journalist Tanya Vanderpoel, who helps her navigate the chaos of the war-torn country and discover the essence of effective reporting amidst the turmoil.
