Synopsis
During the late Qing Dynasty in 1868, corruption in the Imperial Court causes suffering. The Black Tiger's boss Lei Gong seeks to overthrow the Northern Sea leader with the help of fearless fighter Fei. However, a new gang, the Orphans, led by Fei's friend Huo, threatens their power.
