Synopsis
In the 1940s, Andy Dufresne is imprisoned at Shawshank for his wife and her lover's murder. Despite this, his integrity and hope earn admiration from fellow inmates, including Red. Dufresne uses his accounting skills to assist the corrupt warden during his long incarceration.
