Synopsis
Roy Chen Chih-Lai, a depraved criminal with a leg fetish, mutilates his victims and sets his sights on police woman Cheng Hsuen. Stalking both Cheng and her sister Kelly, he commits heinous crimes until Cheng decides to take a stand and confront him.
