Synopsis
During the 1980s in Hong Kong, Chan Lok-kwun, a troubled refugee from mainland China, fights in underground battles to survive in the Kowloon Walled City. Betrayed by Mr. Big, he steals drugs and finds shelter with Cyclone, a caring but firm crime leader.
