Synopsis
In Bombay, India, wealthy businessman Raj Singhania forms an alliance with music band leader Karan Malhotra and his partner Priya. Karan discovers that success is not simple. He agrees to a contract to perform at Raj's event, but schemes with Priya to exploit him. Raj unexpectedly falls deeply in love with Priya.
