Synopsis
Inspector Srivastav is wrongly accused by gangster J.K., leading to his suicide. His son Vijay becomes a corrupt police officer who turns a blind eye to crime. The City Police hunt for a mysterious vigilante named Shahenshah, who eliminates gangsters in a secretive "Judge and Executioner" manner.
