Synopsis
In a post-apocalyptic Earth ruined by a comet's interference with its rain cycle, the powerful Water & Power Corporation controls scarce water resources under the tyrannical rule of Kesslee. Tank Girl and Jet Girl, along with rebel group Rippers, fight to dismantle the corrupt regime.
