Synopsis
While on patrol, officer Daniel Carter finds a injured man covered in blood on a lonely road. He takes him to a nearly empty rural hospital, only to realize that people there are turning into monsters. Carter must lead survivors on a terrifying journey underground to stop the nightmare.
