Synopsis
In the new school year at Monster High, Howleen, Clawdeen Wolf's little sister, wants to become popular. She meets a genie named Gigi Grant who grants her 13 wishes, but soon they realize that each wish has a negative consequence. The students of Monster High must go on a journey to save their school while still looking fabulous.
