Synopsis
In Los Angeles in 1949, Mickey Cohen, a ruthless mob boss from Brooklyn, controls the city's illegal operations with the help of corrupt police and politicians. A team of LAPD outsiders led by Sgt. John O'Mara and Jerry Wooters embarks on a mission to dismantle Cohen's empire.
